For runners who believe less is more, meet the ZENSPEED Lite. Designed as the more minimal counterpart to the ZENSPEED+, it delivers a lighter, lower-profile ride that keeps you closer and more connected to the ground.

Featuring a 2mm drop, 24mm/22mm stack height, and our foot-shaped TrueFit™ last, the ZENSPEED Lite provides a stable, natural running platform encouraging healthy movement without all the bulk. The streamlined design offers just the right amount of cushioning while allowing you to experience more of what’s beneath your feet. 

The proprietary injected rubber outsole provides a softer foot-strike and long-lasting durability for hundreds of miles on the road. The ZENCELL™ midsole foam is engineered to deliver an energetic push-off the ground for effortless motion.

Ideal for speed sessions, gym workouts, treadmill miles, and runners who prefer a more minimalist feel, the ZENSPEED Lite delivers lightweight performance that transitions effortlessly into everyday movement.

The ZENSPEED Lite is available in both medium and wide fit options. Note that the wide width is comparable to our original Lems wide fit (most Lems styles). For a more narrow/slimmer foot, the medium width is available.

ZENSPEED Lite Sizing

We find that the ZENSPEED Lite fits true to size, so you can order your normal US size.

As with all Lems shoes, if you need more volume inside the shoe or increased ground contact, you can remove the insole. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@lemsshoes.com.
