Whether you’re heading out to log some miles, knocking out a treadmill workout, or running a 5K, the ZENSPEED+ delivers the versatility to move comfortably through it all. 

At its core is our TrueFit™ last, engineered to give your toes the room they need while securely holding your foot in place, without the bulk often found in traditional wide toe box shoes. A 5mm drop and smooth rocker profile encourage an efficient, natural stride with medium cushioning. The 31mm/26mm stack height provides the perfect balance of comfort, responsiveness and ground feel.

The proprietary injected rubber outsole provides a softer foot-strike and long-lasting durability for hundreds of miles on the road. The ZENCELL™ midsole foam is engineered to deliver an energetic push-off the ground for effortless motion.

The ZENSPEED+ was designed for more than just running. From training and gym workouts, to long walks and everything in-between, it's the shoe you’ll lace up when movement is part of your routine.

The ZENSPEED+ is available in both medium and wide fit options. Note that the wide width is comparable to our original Lems wide fit (most Lems styles). For a more narrow/slimmer foot, the medium width is available.

ZENSPEED+ Sizing

We find that the ZENSPEED+ fits true to size, so you can order your normal US size. As with all Lems shoes, if you need more volume inside the shoe or increased ground contact, you can remove the insole.
